iLease, a digital lending service by บริษัท ไอลิส อินโนเวชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน), offers streamlined personal loan and car-backed financing solutions that leverage digital technology to make credit more accessible and efficient for customers across Thailand. Our role was to design and develop their website platform to clearly communicate iLease’s core financial products, simplify the loan application journey, and present key service information in a user-friendly format that supports both customer acquisition and trust in their tech-driven lending approach.

Our role was to design and develop their website platform to clearly communicate iLease’s core financial products, simplify the loan application journey, and present key service information in a user-friendly format that supports both customer acquisition and trust in their tech-driven lending approach.
CHALLENGES & SOLUTION
Challenges :
• Redesigning iLease’s digital presence to reflect credibility, transparency, and modern financial professionalism • Structuring complex financial products—car refinancing, title loans, leaseback services—into a simplified and user-friendly journey • Creating a UX flow that reduces user hesitation and builds trust in a category where clarity and reliability are critical • Transforming fragmented content and regulatory information into a clear, guided decision-making experience • Developing a scalable design system capable of supporting multiple loan types, eligibility requirements, calculators, and submission flows • Ensuring that users clearly understand loan terms, benefits, and processes without experiencing cognitive overload
Our Solutions :
• Built a Design Strategy Framework focused on trust-building, clarity, and reduction of financial anxiety—using clean layouts, calm color tones, and structured messaging • Reconstructed the Information Architecture into intuitive pillars: Solutions, Calculator, How It Works, Requirements, FAQs, and Apply Now • Created a Guided UX Flow that leads users step-by-step from understanding their loan options → calculating eligibility → submitting an application • Designed a modular design system with reusable components such as product cards, comparison blocks, rate highlights, process timelines, and CTA sections • Implemented progressive disclosure—revealing complex financial details only when needed to avoid overwhelming new users • Added credibility-driven UI elements such as guarantee badges, qualification summaries, transparent terms, customer testimonials, and clear next steps • Crafted high-impact yet minimal editorial layouts to communicate confidence and reduce friction in the decision-making process
Results :
The redesigned iLease platform delivers a clearer, more trustworthy, and conversion-focused experience. Users understand products faster, navigate with confidence, and complete application steps with fewer drop-offs. The new design strengthens iLease’s position as a reliable financial partner—elevating brand perception, improving lead quality, and supporting long-term scalability in Thailand’s competitive lending market.
