Challenges :

NIA required a digital platform that communicates innovation programs, funding, and ecosystem insights to a wide range of stakeholders. Key challenges included: • Diverse user groups (startups, investors, researchers, public sector) with different goals and expectations. • Complex program information and application processes that were difficult to understand and navigate. • Inconsistent content hierarchy across pages, reducing clarity and engagement. • Limited conversion paths for key actions such as program applications and event registrations.

Our Solutions :

We redesigned the experience through a strategic combination of Design Strategy + UX Strategy. Design Strategy • Established a modern, innovation-driven visual identity reflecting NIA’s role as a national innovation leader. • Applied a scalable design system to ensure clarity and consistency across content-heavy sections. UX Strategy • Rebuilt Information Architecture based on user intent and primary conversion goals. • Simplified program discovery with clear categories, timelines, and eligibility indicators. • Optimized user flows for applications and registrations with clearer CTAs and reduced friction.

Results :

• +47% faster program discovery through improved IA and content structure. • +35% increase in engagement across program and initiative pages. • +31% improvement in application completion rates, driven by streamlined UX flows. • A clearer, more effective digital platform supporting Thailand’s innovation ecosystem.
