Challenges :

Nong Nooch needed a digital platform that inspires visitors while supporting trip planning for both Thai and international audiences. Key challenges included: • Extensive attractions, shows, and ticket options with unclear prioritization. • Multiple user intents (tour planning, ticket purchase, events) without clear user flows. • An outdated interface that did not fully reflect the garden’s world-class experience. • Friction in mobile access for on-site visitors.

Our Solutions

We redesigned the experience through a conversion-driven Design Strategy + UX Strategy. Design Strategy • Introduced a visually rich, immersive design that reflects the garden’s natural beauty and cultural identity. • Applied a clear visual hierarchy to highlight key attractions and ticket options. UX Strategy • Rebuilt Information Architecture around core visitor journeys (Visit, Tickets, Shows, Events). • Simplified ticket discovery and booking flows with clearer CTAs. • Optimized mobile usability for real-time, on-site access.
