OFM needed a scalable e-commerce platform that supports complex B2B purchasing while serving everyday office buyers. Key challenges included: • A massive product catalog with technical variations that made discovery and comparison difficult. • Different user needs (SMEs, corporate buyers, procurement teams) without clear UX paths. • An outdated interface that did not reflect OFM’s leadership in office solutions. • High friction in repeat purchases and bulk ordering, especially on mobile.

We redesigned the experience through a conversion-driven Design Strategy + UX Strategy. Design Strategy • Introduced a clean, professional visual system aligned with B2B credibility and efficiency. • Designed modular layouts optimized for product comparison and bulk purchasing. UX Strategy • Rebuilt Information Architecture to improve product categorization and search relevance. • Enhanced filters, product detail pages, and comparison tools for faster decision-making. • Streamlined reorder, cart, and checkout flows across desktop and mobile.
