Organo Thailand needed a modern website capable of clearly communicating its biotechnology expertise and wide product portfolio. The main challenges included: • A complex range of scientific products and solutions that lacked a clear structure for different user groups (B2B, researchers, distributors). • Limited storytelling around technology, certifications, and product value—making differentiation difficult. • Outdated UI that didn’t convey the brand’s credibility, innovation, or scientific precision. • Inefficient user journeys that made it hard for visitors to explore categories or inquire about products.
