Takumi Master Paint is a specialist paint and color consultancy brand dedicated to helping homeowners and professionals select the perfect color solutions for residential and commercial spaces. Our role was to design and develop their digital platform to effectively showcase their expertise, service offerings, color portfolio, and project inspirations, creating an engaging and intuitive online experience that reinforces Takumi’s authority in color mastery while helping users explore options, understand paint solutions, and connect for consultations with confidence. Key challenges included: • Low differentiation from generic contractor websites. • Limited storytelling around expertise, process quality, and completed projects. • Unclear service structure and weak conversion paths for inquiries. • Inconsistent brand presentation across web and social platforms.

We redefined the brand experience through a focused Design Strategy + UX Strategy. Design Strategy • Crafted a bold, craftsmanship-driven visual identity reflecting precision and professional standards. • Designed project-first layouts to highlight before–after results and technical capabilities. • Established a cohesive visual system across website and social presence. UX Strategy • Rebuilt Information Architecture around core services and project types. • Structured service pages with clear process breakdowns to build trust. • Simplified inquiry flows with stronger CTAs and reduced friction.
