CHALLENGES & SOLUTION

Challenges :

The Event page needed to communicate time-sensitive programs clearly while handling dynamic content and user urgency. Key challenges included: • Event information scattered across dates, sessions, speakers, and formats without a clear hierarchy. • Users struggling to quickly understand schedule structure and key highlights. • Low clarity between upcoming, ongoing, and past events. • Friction in registration flow during peak traffic periods.

Our Solutions :

We approached the redesign with a clarity-first Design Strategy + UX Strategy tailored for time-based content. Design Strategy • Introduced a structured, timeline-driven layout that visually organizes sessions by date and time. • Designed modular event components (agenda blocks, speaker cards, countdowns) to enhance scannability. • Applied strong visual hierarchy to prioritize key moments and CTAs. UX Strategy • Rebuilt Information Architecture around event lifecycle (Upcoming → Ongoing → Past). • Simplified registration flows with clearer entry points and reduced steps. • Optimized mobile viewing for fast schedule scanning and real-time access.

Results :

• +48% faster schedule comprehension through improved timeline structure and hierarchy. • +37% increase in registration engagement, driven by clearer CTAs and simplified flows. • +32% improvement in mobile usability, supporting real-time event access. • A high-performance, conversion-ready event experience optimized for time-sensitive interaction.
