Dusit Zoo needed a digital platform that informs, engages, and guides visitors while promoting conservation initiatives. Key challenges included: • Diverse content types (visitor info, animals, events, conservation programs) with unclear prioritization. • Multiple user intents (trip planning, education, public information) without defined user journeys. • An outdated interface that did not reflect a modern, family-friendly, and educational experience. • Limited mobile usability for visitors accessing information on-site.

We redesigned the experience through a visitor-first Design Strategy + UX Strategy. Design Strategy • Created a warm, approachable visual identity aligned with nature, conservation, and family engagement. • Designed flexible layouts that support storytelling and educational content. UX Strategy • Rebuilt Information Architecture around key visitor journeys (Plan a Visit, Animals, Activities, Conservation). • Simplified navigation and improved content scannability for quick decision-making. • Optimized mobile experience for on-site access and real-time use.
