Challenges :

Friendly Thai Visa needed a clear, trustworthy platform to communicate visa services for expats and travelers. The existing site faced several issues: • Complex visa categories with unclear structure, making it difficult for users to understand requirements and choose the right service. • A generic UI that did not convey trust, professionalism, or reliability—critical factors in immigration-related services. • Inefficient inquiry and consultation flows, leading to drop-offs from users seeking quick guidance. • Limited storytelling around credibility, success rates, and service process transparency.

Our Solutions :

We executed a focused redesign built on Design Strategy + UX Strategy to improve clarity, trust, and conversions. Design Strategy • Designed a clean, government-grade visual identity using structured layouts, readable typography, and trust-focused elements. • Built clear, modular content blocks for visa types, requirements, processing steps, and FAQs. UX Strategy • Reorganized the Information Architecture to segment visa categories by purpose (retirement, business, marriage, tourist, etc.). • Designed simplified flows that guide users from understanding requirements → checking eligibility → submitting inquiries. • Implemented trust boosters: verified badges, process timelines, customer reviews, and transparent fee breakdowns. • Streamlined the contact and consultation process with clearer CTAs and minimal input steps.
