Goodwill Retail needed a modern, trustworthy e-commerce platform for health, medical, and wellness products. The existing experience faced several issues: • A large, mixed product catalog with unclear categorization, making it difficult for users to find the right products quickly. • Weak visual hierarchy and outdated UI that did not reflect the credibility required for medical-grade products. • Inefficient shopping flows that created friction from product discovery to checkout. • Limited trust-building elements such as certifications, brand authority, and safety information.

We designed a fully enhanced experience through a combined Design Strategy + UX Strategy approach. Design Strategy • Introduced a clean, clinical, high-trust visual identity aligned with healthcare standards. • Created structured product layouts emphasizing safety, benefits, and key differentiators. • Applied a consistent design system to increase clarity across all pages. UX Strategy • Rebuilt the Information Architecture to streamline browsing by product type, medical use case, and brand. • Designed optimized product detail pages with clearer specifications, certifications, and comparison elements. • Simplified the add-to-cart and checkout flows to reduce friction, especially for non-tech-savvy users. • Strengthened credibility with dedicated trust modules, FAQs, and verified-brand sections.
