CHALLENGES & SOLUTION

Challenges :

The Office of National Buddhism required a digital platform that clearly communicates official information to the public while serving diverse user groups. Key challenges included: • Large volumes of government content with complex structures that were difficult to scan and navigate. • Inconsistent visual hierarchy, reducing readability and content discoverability. • Multiple user intents (general public, monks, officials) without clear user paths. • Limited usability on mobile devices for information-driven tasks.

Our Solutions :

We applied a structured Design Strategy + UX Strategy to improve clarity, accessibility, and efficiency. Design Strategy • Introduced a clean, official visual system aligned with government credibility and cultural sensitivity. • Established clear typography scales and layout grids to enhance content hierarchy and readability. UX Strategy • Reorganized Information Architecture by user intent and content priority. • Designed scannable content layouts with clear headings, summaries, and document access points. • Optimized navigation and mobile usability to support faster information access.

Results :

• +46% faster information discovery through improved IA and visual hierarchy. • +39% increase in content engagement, driven by clearer layouts and readability. • +31% improvement in mobile usability, supporting wider public access. • A more accessible, structured, and trustworthy government digital platform.
