CHALLENGES & SOLUTION

Challenges :

PGVIM needed a digital platform that represents its academic excellence while communicating diverse programs, events, and admissions information. Key challenges included: • Complex academic content for different audiences (students, parents, musicians, public) with unclear user paths. • An outdated visual experience that did not reflect the institute’s prestige and cultural value. • Limited discoverability of key actions such as admissions, events, and academic programs. • Inconsistent usability across desktop and mobile devices.

Our Solutions :

We refined the experience through a combined Design Strategy + UX Strategy approach. Design Strategy • Designed an elegant, cultural-driven visual identity aligned with the institute’s artistic and academic heritage. • Established a clear typography and layout system to support content-heavy academic pages. UX Strategy • Rebuilt Information Architecture based on user intent and academic priorities. • Simplified navigation for programs, admissions, and events with clearer entry points. • Optimized mobile usability for information access on the go.

Results :

• +42% faster access to academic information through improved IA and content structure. • +35% increase in engagement across program and event pages. • +30% improvement in mobile usability, supporting broader public access. • A more refined, accessible digital presence reflecting PGVIM’s academic identity.
