Key challenges included: • Wide-ranging content (activities, events, learning resources, memberships) with unclear prioritization. • Multiple user groups (students, families, educators, creators) without defined user journeys. • An outdated interface that did not reflect TK Park’s innovative and creative identity. • Limited discoverability of key programs and events, especially on mobile.
