Guided by its “One Stop Service of Faith” philosophy, the company specializes in every stage of production — from concept development and mold creation to manufacturing and consecration ceremonies. Challenges :
Pudtasamret needed a digital platform that could elevate its position beyond a traditional amulet manufacturer and communicate its end-to-end expertise in sacred object production. Key challenges included: • Complex service offerings spanning design, molding, production, packaging, and consecration ceremonies. • Limited visibility into the craftsmanship, production standards, and trust factors behind each project. • A traditional presentation that did not fully reflect the brand’s professionalism and one-stop service capabilities. • Unclear customer journeys for temples, collectors, and organizations seeking custom amulet production.

We reimagined the experience through a strategic blend of Design Strategy + UX Strategy. Design Strategy • Crafted a premium visual identity that balances spiritual heritage with modern credibility. • Developed storytelling-driven layouts to showcase craftsmanship, production processes, and completed works. • Established a refined visual hierarchy to reinforce trust and expertise. UX Strategy • Rebuilt the Information Architecture around the complete service journey—from concept to consecration. • Simplified service discovery with clearly structured process flows and project showcases. • Optimized inquiry touchpoints to support consultation and project initiation with minimal friction.
