Our role was to develop a comprehensive digital platform that effectively presents the company’s expertise, product ecosystem, and customer-focused approach, creating a seamless experience for both retail and wholesale audiences while reinforcing Rungroj Agrotech’s position as a trusted partner in mode agriculture.

Challenges :
Rungroj Agrotech needed a digital platform that could effectively showcase its extensive range of agricultural products while reinforcing trust among farmers, retailers, and wholesale buyers. Key challenges included: • A broad product portfolio spanning fertilizers, seeds, crop protection products, animal feed, and farming equipment without a clear content structure. • Limited differentiation from traditional agricultural suppliers in a highly competitive market. • Difficulty helping customers quickly find the right products for their farming needs. • A lack of digital credibility to support both retail and wholesale purchasing decisions.

Design Strategy • Developed a modern agricultural brand experience that reflects reliability, expertise, and accessibility. • Created a product-focused visual system that highlights categories, product benefits, and key purchasing information. • Introduced clear visual hierarchy to improve trust and simplify product exploration. UX Strategy • Reorganized Information Architecture around customer needs and product categories. • Designed streamlined browsing journeys to help users discover products faster. • Implemented conversion-focused inquiry flows for both retail and wholesale customers. • Optimized mobile usability to support customers accessing information directly from farms and field operations.
