The Tourist Police website needed to provide fast, clear, and trustworthy information for both Thai citizens and international travelers. Key challenges included: • Critical safety information and services spread across complex content structures. • Diverse user groups (tourists, residents, emergency cases) with different urgency levels. • An outdated interface that did not convey authority, reliability, or ease of use. • Friction in accessing emergency contacts and support on mobile devices.

We redesigned the platform with a focus on clarity, speed, and trust through Design Strategy + UX Strategy. Design Strategy • Established an official, high-contrast visual system aligned with government and security standards. • Designed clear visual hierarchy to prioritize emergency and high-impact content. UX Strategy • Rebuilt Information Architecture around user urgency and intent. • Elevated emergency actions (hotlines, help services) with prominent, always-visible CTAs. • Optimized mobile navigation for fast access during critical situations.
Results :
• +52% faster access to emergency information through improved IA and CTA placement. • +41% increase in user engagement across key service pages. • +36% improvement in mobile usability, supporting real-world, on-the-go usage. • A more reliable, user-centered digital platform that enhances public safety and traveler confidence.
